Intentional Healing — 5 Comments

  1. Ahh…inspiration. In recent days I’ve noticed the change of the season and watched me and my students deal with changes and stress and react. In yoga class on Monday my teacher invited us to do “homework”– breathing into our bellies and feeling our feelings. If our feelings were too scary, then maybe we could imagine them being contained in the room, but just connecting with the belly breath and those feelings. I am trying to do that homework and also invited my students to do it as homework. I think I need to give some of that unconditional love to myself and especially my 5th period. A colleague of mine shared that she had a bad day yesterday, and I said, “Me, too!” and we talked about how October is a very difficult time for the teachers and the students. I think it is time for me to have a little talk with my students about unconditional love and intentional healing. They might think I am a little bit kooky, but I’m not afraid. Thank you, Susie.

  2. Raa Maa Daa Saa Saa Say So Hung….if you would like to sing or chant along with your intentional healing focus this is an amazing healing chant.
    Many blessings!

  3. This is very timely – Thanks Susie! Also, Love Love Love the Leap of Faith story. We had a great little visit to Lopez a few weeks ago albeit brief – my labryinth walk was a definite high point of our entire vacation. Thank you so much!!

  4. This comes at such a good time. Someone very dear to me has a worrying result from lab tests, so all my thoughts will be directed toward her. Knowing you are sending intentional healing too is very comforting!

  5. Thanks for the posting Susie, I like this intentional healing and will hold my focus on someone special. RA MA DA SA Cheers, Nick
