Many people will be physically walking a labyrinth OR staying at home using a finger labyrinth to walk in Unity with others around the world this Saturday.

Our labyrinth walk will be a facilitated walk, beginning at 1pm PST.

Here are a few guidelines to help you along the way for your labyrinth walk OR finger labyrinth walk this Saturday:

  • There is no right or wrong way to walk a labyrinth.  Each person has his/her/their own flow in life as well in the labyrinth walk.
  • Labyrinths are metaphors for life.  Notice any thoughts, images, words, sensations that arise as you walk.
  • You may have a specific intention for your walk, a focus word, a question, prayer, etc. or simply walk quietly with or without others.
  • Be aware of everyone’s space around you.  Look ahead on the path to maneuver safely between each other.  If you’re not able to avoid walking around others, you may step off of the path momentarily to let someone pass, to honor each of your space, when passing occurs.
  • You may use the finger labyrinth instead as an alternative; print it out and bring it with you or use it at home at 1pm, knowing that others around the world will be using a finger labyrinth as well as physically walking labyrinths that day together in unity.
  • Bring your journal and pen, if you would like to write about your walking experience.

See the attached finger labyrinth, for your use at any time.

Blessings and Love on Your Path,

Susie & Nick
