Spring Time Again!
Happy Spring!
The daffodils flowers are blooming; the tulip and iris greens have popped up too! The varied thrush whistling in our forest this morning sounded almost like a human whistler, calling to us, “Wake up, spring has sprung”! The ribbets and croaks of the frogs gets louder each day by the ponds. The light green, vitamin C-packed fir tips are growing from the Douglas fir trees. Time to open the windows in our houses to allow that fresh spring air in, do that spring cleaning that feels so satisfying.
Spring is a time of renewal after the slower winter months of being a little less busy, hopefully. I’ve been feeling the fresh spring energy slowing creeping in the last week or so and now it has fully arrived. Spring cleansing, new beginnings, and planting seeds(physically, mentally and spiritually) are a few springtime symbols.
Can you feel the hints of spring too? Holding my quiet winter reflections within while allowing the boost of energy to arise and expend outward into my garden and the world is one of my springtime goals. Do you have springtime goals?
If you’re goal-oriented and/or like getting things done and have lots of energy right now that you don’t know what to do with here are a few examples of some natural seasonal springtime goals:
- Spring clean your house – get into those nooks and crannies of the corners of your house. Clean your windows. Clean windows always bring new fresh perspectives!
- Clean out your closet!
- Do a spring body cleanse with fresh cleansing herbs, juices or a plain water fast. I’m happy to help you with this process if you’d like to know more. Also, see my article about spring cleansing your body!
- Inventory your garden and decide what you have in the garden this year, what you want to move around and/or new plants you’d like to plant. Make your list. Will you start from seed or purchase starts?
- Keep your membership at the gym! I know it’s nicer weather now so you’ll be outside more, but it’s good to keep that gym time open in your calendar to keep you physically fit.
- Enjoy life! Take a moment each day to notice your gratitude for all of the amazing things in your life! We are such blessed beings in so many ways! Noticing this regularly keeps us healthy in our mental and emotional body too!
- Is there some other goal you’re trying to reach this spring?
Do you have some springtime ideas to share? Please do! I’d love to hear your thoughts!
If you want help nourishing and manifesting your springtime or health and wellness goals, just let me know! I’m here to help you be yourself fully whenever I can!
Springtime Blessings to you!
